Frequently Asked Questions

Buy/Sell (Marketplace)

Why can’t I sell a player and/or team?

You cannot sell an item (player/team), if the item (player/team) is set in a lineup. Don’t forget to check all days if your items is in a lineup!

How come I can see (2) players under Buy with different avg Fpts?

It is possible to have similar players showing different avg Fpts throughout the game. All players avg Fpts by default are calculated based on standard scoring (See How to Play). Players that have been trained and achieved Bronze (+1), Silver (+2) or Gold (+3) tiers on any attribute will affect the potential Fpts that player will receive. Trained players should be seen as higher value than non-trained players in the marketplace.

Who sets the prices for items on marketplace?

All items on the marketplace are listed by other fans on the Betsson Gaming App. Peer-2-Peer marketplace. Each fan can determine their own value for each of the items they list. All items will need to at least hit the minimum price (coins) per each graded/rated item: Elite (5000 coins), Gold (1200) coins, Silver (300 coins), Base (100 coins)

I just bought a player, I don’t see him in my collection or Lineup tray?

Sometimes a recently purchased player/team doesn’t show up instantly. You can solve this by pulling down on the screen on the “lineup” or “my collection” page to hard refresh the app. The item should appear after a hard refresh

Lineups

How do I build my lineup in Fantasy Gaming Hub?

Building your lineup in Fantasy Gaming Hub is intuitive and strategic. From the Home screen, tap “Edit Lineup” to begin (middle bottom Purple Button “Edit Lineup”). You’ll then select players and a team from your collection, ensuring they have an active game scheduled during the contest period. The lineup includes:

  • 1 Team
  • 2 Defenders
  • 2 Midfielders
  • 1 Forward
  • 1 Flex (any player position)

You can drag and drop players/team into position, and only eligible players/teams will appear in the item tray. As you assemble your lineup, a projected points counter updates in real time based on past performances and any training boosts, helping you estimate your score (FPts) potential.

You can also use the Auto-Fill feature, which selects the highest-scoring eligible players automatically. Once you’re happy with the selections, click Save Lineup to enter the contest. You can modify your lineup at any time until the player’s or team’s game starts.

What is the minimum number of players required to enter a lineup?

In Fantasy Gaming Hub, a full lineup consists of (7) total slots: (1) Team (2) D (2) M (1) F and (1) Flex (which can be filled by any player position).

However, you’re not required to fill all (7) slots to enter a contest. You can submit a lineup with just one (1) player or team card, although your chances of scoring highly will be significantly reduced. Any position you leave empty will earn zero (0) FPts.

This flexible system allows you to participate even when you have a limited number of eligible items. Just remember: once a game involving a selected player or team begins, that slot locks, and you can no longer make changes to it.

Can I make changes to my lineup after submitting it?

Yes, Fantasy Gaming Hub allows you to edit your lineup after saving it—right up until the scheduled game of any selected player or team begins. Once the real-life Premier League game has started, that specific slot in your lineup becomes locked, and you can no longer change it.

You can freely swap eligible items in and out of unlocked slots by tapping Edit Lineup, making this feature great for last-minute adjustments or reacting to player injuries and lineup changes in ahead of games.

It’s recommended to finalize your full lineup before kick-off on game day to maximize your potential for earning FPts. Keep an eye on Premier League news and updates, and always double-check your lineup close to game time.

What happens if one of my active lineup players doesn’t play for a Premier League Game?

If a player in your Fantasy Gaming Hub lineup is scratched, injured, or otherwise doesn’t participate in a game, they simply won’t contribute any Fantasy Points (FPts) for that contest. Since FPts are based on real-life Premier League performance, a player must participate in a Premier League game to score.

How does the scoring system work in Fantasy Gaming Hub?

Fantasy Gaming Hub uses a unique scoring system that focuses on core stats from Premier League games. Points (FPts) are earned by both players and teams

Player Scoring:

  • Goal (G): 7 FPts
  • Assist (A): 4 FPts
  • Shot on Target (S): 2 FPts
  • 2x Tackles (T): 1 FPts
  • Clean Sheet (CS) – Defenders only: 3 FPts
  • Passes Intercepted (PI): 1 FPts

Team Scoring:

  • Win (W): 5 FPts
  • Goal Conceded (GC): -2 FPts
  • Clean Sheet (CS): 3 FPts
  • Save (SV): 1 FPts
  • Corners (C): 1 FPts

Players with training boosts gain additional points on top of these base stats. See Training for more details. The scoring updates in real time, typically with just a short delay (1-2mins) from the live Premier League games.

Your total FPts across your lineup determines your contest rank and placement in your division for the week.

What is the monetary value of a coin?

Coins do not hold any monetary value inside or outside the Fantasy Gaming Hub gaming experience. Coins in Fantasy Gaming Hub serve as an in-game experience ONLY, enabling users to buy packs/players/teams in the marketplace and/or accelerate training sessions using “coins”.

All coins earned/rewarded (selling items, quicksell, daily login packs, leaderboard rank) hold no monetary value.

XP (Experience Points)

What are XP and how do I accumulate them?

In Fantasy Gaming Hub, the XP (experience points) system allows players to level up their accounts, unlocking new features and increasing player rewards. Almost all activity you perform in the app, you receive XP, such as: opening up daily packs, buying/selling players/teams on marketplace, submitting a lineup for the daily contest, etc.

Each XP level grants rewards such as new packs, boosted training capabilities, and increased chance of pulling higher rated items and increased coin amounts in daily free packs. The more you play and perform in contests, the faster you can level up your XP level.
